"This two day course really made a difference for me - I reconnected and brought peace to long forgotten parts of myself. Lots of inner hurts were gently brought to light and healed through play, painting and writing. I felt safe doing this as Michelle is an experienced facilitator and created a loving, respectful space for us to do the exercises. We were led on the most amazing guided meditations - real 'journeys to the soul'. We also had a good laugh in between, plus the lunch was delicious. Changes will occur if you do this course! "
